WRKOUT:MODE is dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience for all of our customers, however, as each product is made especially for you as soon as you place your order, it may take us a bit longer to deliver it to you - making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

 

We offer various shipping methods, carefully package your orders, and strive to keep the costs as affordable as possible. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items in a timely and efficient manner.

If your order contains pre-order or backordered items, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together or separately at our discretion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At WRKOUT:MODE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have had a change of heart, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as water bottles, opened consumables or digital downloads) are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
